Eligibility

Due to the nature of research compounds and quality control requirements, returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or unsealed products
• Products that have been improperly stored
• Custom or special-order compounds
• Products returned after the 30-day window

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact us at info@atlaspeptideresearch.com with your order number
• Describe the reason for the return
• Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
• Ship the product back in its original packaging

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unopened products. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
